1958 - Ali Amjad brother of Ali Ashraf as a labor Union leader in Jamshedpur / Tatanagar around the Tata factories and steel Mills. In 1958, he was part of historic labor strike there, the first in 30 years. He has written about it in his memoir Shak-e-Nihal-e-Gham (A branch of Sapling Sorrow)
